This red wine is made by the winemaker, sommelier Jordi Oliver Conti with 21% Garnatxa, variety autochthonous and reference in the area; 26% of Cabernet sauvignon, which gives structure and spicy; 53% of merlot, variety amejorante, round and soft tannins. It belongs to the D.O. Empordà
The name recalls an explosion of fruit, youth. Red wine from vineyards in Garriguella, land clay slate. Designed to be young and pass all its properties.
