The Fortified Wine Tradition VORS Palo Cortado is made from 100% Palomino. It belongs to the DOJerez-Xeres-Sherry Manzanilla de Sanlucar.
It has been aged for 32 years in the solera system and hatcheries. Oxidative aging in mostly low-veil something in bloom. 2500 bottles are produced annually.
We recommend serving this wine at a temperature between 12 º and 14 º C.
