The Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500 ml Merula is made with olive Hojiblanca, Arbequina, and Picual Moorish.

Olives are grown on the farm owned by Marquis de Perales Valdueza, near Merida, and only the best olives are selected.

VALDUEZA WINE 2009

Valdueza 2009 Red wine is made with 53% Syrah, 29% Cabernet Sauvignon and 18% Merlot. Belonging to the D.O. Vinos de la Tierra de Extremadura. Technical director Dominique runs out of Boubée Roujou.

The vineyards are located at Finca Perales, in Merida, which has a unique terroir characterized by the soil, subsoil, topsoil, climate Extremadura and performance of man.

This wine is aged in two phases occupying the first 52% takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature controlada.La second of 48% from aging in French oak barrels.

Serve this wine at a temperature of 15 °, before being served is advisable to decant.
