NEW ZEALAND WINE: PINOT NOIR 2011NEUDORF MOUTERE

Harvested by hand from different vineyards. Once collected and allowed to cool to ferment
spontaneously on their skins. After 20 days, the wine is introduced
in French oak barrels of 500 L of which 20% were new barrels
where he remained for 12 months.

  An extraordinary wine to taste
Once released, retention for at least eight more years in the bottle
refine over time.

Nose: Complexity
pepper striped summer dark berries, black cherry and chocolate combined
with earthy characters, wild dried herbs and a slight touch of
timber.

Mouth: It shows a wine firm, tasty, with a fruity soft entry
ripe black structured in the mouth, soft and silky texture, tone leather and
wood, underlying mineral acidity, adding a certain juiciness and length
considerable complexity and finesse the end.

NOSE
Aromas a fruta roja, cereza, ciruela, zarzamora, entremezclado con las tonalidades terrosas suaves, un toque de regaliz y las seductoras notas que le aporta la madera.
MOUTH
Al paladar, rico y suculento, cereza, ciruela, especias, nueces, toques salados, acidez suave, taninos finos, bien estructurado, para llevarnos a un final largo y suculento.
