Palomo Tepeztate Mezcal contains agave terpene marked in mezcal; Flavors of rue, celery and balanced smoke. The production region is located in Santiago Matatlán Oaxaca. The master mezcalero is Carlos Méndez Blas who uses a distillation system called copper alembic.

The Palomo Mezcal brand is registered under the name Del Buen Agave Company. Del Buen Agave is a meeting of producers from the "World Capital of Mezcal", Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. The manufacturers have worked together since 1930 and became a formal partnership in 2006. Mezcal Palomo was launched by them in 2013 with plans for wider distribution locally and internationally. Three generations have polished the artisanal production of our mezcal, maintaining tradition, quality, responsibility and dedication at each stage of the process.
