Los mejillones tienen un aspecto firme y brillante, con un escabeche dorado que los envuelve, destacando por su color rojo cálido del pimentón de la Vera. Las piezas son grandes, bien formadas y perfectamente conservadas en la lata.
NOSE
El aroma es profundo y equilibrado, con notas intensas de aceite de oliva, vinagre de jerez y el toque ahumado del pimentón. La fragancia es fresca y marina, complementada por el laurel, clavo y pimienta negra que añaden complejidad.
MOUTH
En el paladar, los mejillones son jugosos y tiernos, con una textura firme pero suave. El escabeche aporta un sabor equilibrado entre la acidez del vinagre y el toque ahumado del pimentón.
