Marselan Red Wine

This extraordinary and expressive red wine is produced at an altitude of approximately 2,000 meters in Tarija, Bolivia. The star of this wine is the Marselan grape, a variety resulting from a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Garnacha. In these vineyards, subjected to marked thermal contrasts between day and night, Marselan offers a powerful flavor profile that is at the same time fresh and balanced.

Located in the picturesque Santa Ana Valley in Tarija, Bolivia, our estate rises 2,000 meters above sea level, providing a unique environment for growing our exceptional grapes.

Our vineyard experiences a continental climate with marked thermal contrasts between day and night, which contributes to the richness and complexity of our wines.

Harvesting at our estate is done by hand, ensuring meticulous care to guarantee the quality of our grapes. In the vinification process, we carry out a moderate temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This method seeks to preserve the fruit and freshness characteristic of the Marselan variety we grow.

During the second day of fermentation, we apply the 'délestage' technique to optimally extract color and aromas, enhancing the complexity of our wines.

As for aging, we choose to preserve the purity of our wines, avoiding barrel aging. This approach highlights the freshness and authenticity of our creations, providing a unique experience in every glass. Nose
Predominantly fruity aromas of cherries, plums, blackberries and dried peaches.

Palate
Structured, fresh and juicy. Silky tannins and a very pleasant aftertaste.
