Lo Ebre is the fruit of a 0.7 hectare vineyard located 460 meters above sea level that has a limited yield of 3,000 kg per hectare. A completely organic crop is carried out, without the use of pesticides or herbicides and applying sustainable techniques that do not harm the environment. The harvest is manual at the optimal moment of maturation.
