Red Lawson Dry Hills Reserve Pinot Noir wine from Winery Lawson´s Dry Hills - New Zealand Malborough. Harvested separately from five different, included plots with the freshness of the morning, once in the winery the grapes are destalked in open fermenters. Using techniques of Burgundy, with small batch fermentations and removed by hand, some batches of long on your skin after fermentation maceration. Subsequently left for 9 months in French oak (25% new) during keeping each lot separately to your final mix.
Ideal for drinking now, stay for 5 years in the bottle will do that we discover you new sensations.
