Kit Gourmet black rice

Gourmet rice black Kit is made by Parriza Premium natural ingredients (land and sea). The complete kit contains the preparation of black rice and 190 Gr. of rice (variety Bay extra category).

If you prefer you can purchase only the prepared without rice.

The preparation comes cooked, ready to add the rice and black rice. 2 or 3 servings. Weight NET 1000 Gr. product gourmet.

1 pour the preparation in a paella pan or similar.

En plato presenta en un tono oscuro y brillante gracias a la tinta de calamar, con una textura suave pero con cierta firmeza que ofrece un grano entero y bien cocido.
NOSE
En nariz destaca por sus intensos y complejos aromas marinos, con notas de calamar y sepia acompañadas de un fondo ahumado que recuerda al litoral. Se perciben también toques ligeramente herbáceos y de ajo.
MOUTH
En boca es cremoso y bien amalgamado con la tinta de calamar, ofreciendo un sabor profundo y envolvente a marisco, con una sutil mineralidad. El equilibrio de los sabores se intensifica con el toque salino y umami, complementado con notas de especias.
