La bodega Juan Gil forma parte del Grupo Gil Family Estates, fue construida en 1916 por Juan Gil Jiménez. Sus viñedos se situán a unos 800 metros de altitud. Las duras condiciones climáticas y el terreno poco fértil resultan en una baja producción, pero de alta calidad. Cultivan principalmente la variedad de uva Monastrell que da vinos con mucho carácter, pero también algunas variedades internacionales, Moscatel, Cabernet-Sauvignon y Syrah, que aportan notas más afrutadas. Produce sus vinos bajo la apelación: D.O. Jumilla.
