He JUAN GIL TINTED WINE SILVER Denomination of origin: D.O. Jumilla With grapes of the Monastrell variety, coming from vineyards with more than 40 years of age, the Juan Gil Silver label grapes is planted in a shallow surface soil, covered with a bed of stone and limestone.
The vinification of JUAN GIL TINTED WINE SILVERIt is produced in stainless steel deposits for 15 days at a maximum temperature of 25ºC, subsequently the malolactic fermentation is performed, the last will remain 12 months in barrel.
