The Muscat wine Juan Gil Jumilla is a wine which is only Alabora Moscatel de Grano Menudo , from their own vineyards located in limestone soil , with splendid sun for perfect maturation .
This fantastic wine is fresh , clean and tasty , straw yellow color with golden and green tones.
It has an aroma of tropical fruits (such as peaches and albariicoque ) and a background with white flowers ( orange blossom and jasmine ) .
The palate is tasty and very fresh with a clean and spacious entrance transmitting the palate that freshness of tropical fruits with citrus presence .
The acidity is well balanced with a long finish reminiscent of the beginning of the wine and takes you to retake , by leaving so pleasant sensations .
This wine accompanies salads , pastas with sauces , rice with cooked fish , seafood and soft cheeses .

Bodega Juan Gil: Hacer un buen trabajo y llevar con orgullo el nombre de su marca.
La bodega Juan Gil forma parte del Grupo Gil Family Estates, fue construida en 1916 por Juan Gil Jiménez.
Sus viñedos se situán a unos 800 metros de altitud. Las duras condiciones climáticas y el terreno poco fértil resultan en una baja producción, pero de alta calidad.
Cultivan principalmente la variedad de uva Monastrell que da vinos con mucho carácter, pero también algunas variedades internacionales, Moscatel, Cabernet-Sauvignon y Syrah, que aportan notas más afrutadas.
Produce sus vinos bajo la apelación: D.O. Jumilla.
