The vineyards of VINO Lagar de Isilla Roble are mainly in the terms of the vine and San Juan del Monte, at the beginning of the riverbank of the Burgos Duero.
They are located at an altitude between 828 and 840 meters in poor soils of gravels, clays and sands.
The Lagar de Isilla wine comes from a 95% Tempranillo grape and 5% Cabernet with the vineyards of the Duero Ribera area and a production of 75000 bottles. The Lagar de Isilla Roble wine has an alcoholic fermentation from 7 days to 25º of temperature and a malactic fermentation in deposit, remains 5 months in American and French oak barrel. The winemaker of Lagar de Isilla is Antonio Izquierdo.
