The herbal liqueur is a spirit made from distilled spirits, by maceration and distillation of alcohol with herbs that characterize it. Its sugar content must be at least 100 grams per liter.

To make this liquor is allowed to use any suitable herbaceous species for food use but the most used are: peppermint, chamomile, lemon verbena, rosemary, oregano, coriander, orange blossom, fennel, licorice, nutmeg and cinnamon.

The preparation may be macerated herbs, by distillation with herbs or a combination of both methods.

It is the first herbal liqueur presented for individual consumption. It is prepared in a single dose of 7 ml, made from spirits that are still used today for their soothing properties and purported medicinal attributes.

It is one of the favorite liquor across northern Spain and is ideal for cutting coffee.

This cream liqueur is bright yellow with green notes. Its intense aroma reminiscent of herbaceous species used in its composition. It offers an intense , sweet and sweet flavor with a fine broad.

The alcohol content of the product is 35%VOL.
