The wine elaboration process begins with the manual vintage of grapes in 10kg boxes, collected at the optimal moment of sugar and phenolic maturation. A rigorous selection of clusters in the field and grape grains is made before entering the winery, using only the best quality.
Alcoholic and malactic fermentation takes place in 18,000 -liter troncoconic deposits, ensuring adequate temperature control to preserve the organoleptic qualities of the fruit. After fermentation, parenting is carried out in 225-liter embroidery barrels, with a combination of new and American oak seams, for 24-28 months.
Finally, the wine is subjected to a bottle breeding process until its optimal consumption before the market. The whole process is designed to guarantee the quality and excellence of the final product.
