TASTING NOTE

VIEW
Los filetes de anchoa presentan un color dorado brillante, con un aceite de oliva virgen extra que resalta su aspecto limpio y translúcido. Los filetes son firmes y bien definidos, sin desintegrarse.
NOSE
En nariz, se perciben aromas intensos y salinos, con un toque umami característico de la anchoa curada. La presencia del aceite de oliva es evidente, aportando notas frescas y frutales que equilibran la intensidad del pescado.
MOUTH
En boca, tienen textura suave y delicada, de salinidad equilibrada que no resulta excesiva, permitiendo disfrutar plenamente del sabor del pescado. El aceite, de sabor suave y afrutado, complementa a las anchoas, aportando suavidad y elegancia.
