Los filetes de anchoa se presentan con un color dorado intenso y un brillo natural, resaltado por el aceite de oliva en el que se conservan. La carne es firme, con un aspecto delicado y bien formado.
NOSE
El aroma es fresco y marino, con notas salinas suaves que recuerdan al mar Cantábrico, acompañado de un toque sutil de aceite de oliva virgen extra, que refuerza la calidad del producto.
MOUTH
En boca, la anchoa es carnosa y jugosa, con un sabor profundo y equilibrado, que combina el salado de la curación con una suavidad y untuosidad aportada por el aceite de oliva.
