ANCHOVY FILLETS IN OLIVE OIL C.SOLANO ARRIOLA PACK 10 CANS (50 g)

 

Arriola Solano anchovies caught in the Bay of Biscay during the months of April and May. Santoña in ports, and Ondarroa Guetaria.
 
After the capture is chosen the highest quality and are moved to the factory where Arriola Solano Anchovies are selected according to their size. Are introduced during one hour in brine and proceeds to decapitated.
 
They are cleaned, drained and re-salting. Once salted anchovies Solano Arriola remain in barrels for about 6 or 7 months.

Store in refrigerator or cool place. It is advisable to take Solano Arriola Anchovies half hour before eating, drinking with good bread, wood stove or similar.

TASTING NOTE

VIEW
Los filetes de anchoa presentan un color dorado brillante, con un acabado lustroso gracias al aceite de oliva virgen extra en el que se conservan, lo que resalta la calidad del producto.
NOSE
En nariz desprende un aroma intenso y fresco, con una clara presencia del pescado. Se perciben notas salinas delicadas, con un fondo suave de aceite de oliva, que complementa la esencia marina de las anchoas.
MOUTH
En boca, las anchoas son firmes, pero delicadas, con una textura suave que se deshace ligeramente. El sabor es intenso y sabroso, con un equilibrio perfecto entre la salinidad de la anchoa y la suavidad del aceite de oliva.
