Gin N0 comes from a long tradition of elaboration (since 1875) of the best gin and Repeto of its original ingredients.

This is a recipe retrieved from the eighteenth century in which Quinine bark is used by the Incas cultivated along the Inca Trail over 1500 meters.

They start from a London Gin Copyright tridistilled in using a manual selection of botanicals with a unique rounded Natural Infusion Peruvian quinine.

Maceration of 10 botanicals and quinine in alcohol double distillation equipment, among which the Angelica. Distillate back of the maceration, thus reaching the third destilacón. Recess of the alcoholic with demineralized water by reverse osmosis to reach the level of consumption and subsequent filtration to achieve transparency and brilliance that requires the proven end.

Tasting Notes

Visual: Drink clear spirit, bright and clear.

Smell: Aroma of Natural juniper berries with notes of citrus, cinnamon, licorice and Angelica.

Taste: The taste is pleasant entrance with hints of quinine, balanced, citrus, juniper and botanicals.
