Sykkel Craft Distillery nació de un sueño de Eduardo. Se dio a fines del Siglo XIX, estaba bebiendo en un pub de Londres junto a su amigo Martín cuando vio pasar una Penny Farthing conducida por un hombre vestido de frac. En ese instante se despertó e inmediatamente lo llamó contándole su sueño y diciéndole:

“¡¡¡Hay que fabricar lo que bebíamos en ese bar!!!”.

Así, comenzamos a destilar, probando más de 200 botánicos de todo el mundo por más de dos años hasta lograr la receta de Sykkel London Dry Gin.

La bicicleta Penny Farthing, típico vehículo de fines del siglo XIX es nuestra conexión con el esfuerzo, la evolución y la idea de jamás rendirse, de seguir rodando, como la vida misma.
