El licor presenta un color marrón oscuro, casi negro, con destellos dorados que se aprecian al trasluz. Su aspecto es brillante y translúcido, lo que sugiere una buena calidad.
NOSE
En nariz, se perciben intensos aromas a café tostado, acompañados de notas dulces de vainilla y un ligero toque de chocolate. También emergen notas sutiles de especias que añaden complejidad al perfil aromático.
MOUTH
En boca, el licor es suave y aterciopelado, con un equilibrio perfecto entre el dulzor y la amargura del café. La presencia del café es dominante, pero la ausencia de cafeína permite disfrutarlo sin la intensidad que puede aportar el café convencional.
