Emaldibarra Domain Wine

Variety: Tempranillo 100%

Breeding: 6 months in French oak barrel + Bottle refinement before going to the market.

Alcoholic degree: 13 \ '5th

Tasting:

Nice cherry color with a chromatic intensity worthy of its vintage very clean and bright and with high glycric level, as we can see in its slow and colored tear.

In nose, clean aromas, of good intensity. It reminds us of primary aromas of black fruit such as blackberry, Arandanos, currants. With floral background it reminds us of violets, perfectly assembled to a good wood that gives us vanillinic aromas, coconut and balsamic background doing this elegant and complex wine.

In the mouth, friendly, it is fresh due to a good balanced acidity, I live in the passage of Boca, with pleasant tannin perfectly linked to its fruit weight, which are making it a round wine and with a good structure worthy of the area where it is born , in retronasal via it confirms the aromas of the direct nasal route and torrafacted aromas and spices are accentuated, with long and persistent retroust.

Pairing: It will make us a good company with meat roasts or dishes more elaborate as pork stuffed with Iberian ham and boletus, and even with sheep cured cheeses.

Limited series: Lot of 18,756 bot.
