The Domaine Chanson Blanc Beaune Clos de Mouches 1er Cru White Wine is made by the Domaine Chanson winery, located in Burgundy (France), with the Chardonnay grape variety.

Domaine Chanson is one of the oldest Burgundy wine producers, owner of 25 hectares of vineyards in the heart of Burgundy in the most beautiful villages of the Côte de Beaune.

It was founded in 1750 and despite changing ownership to the Bollinger family in 1999, the traditional way of making wine and caring for the Terroir to extract the best from it continues to be respected. The castle tower is the ideal place to place the barrels since the 8-meter-thick walls of the tower make the room have the ideal humidity environment for the wines to acquire the best of the barrels.

Chanson is one of the main owners of Clos des Mouches with a 4.5 hectare vineyard. A sunny terroir ideally located on the hill at the southern end of the Beauno vineyards. One of those 2-hectare plots at the top of the hill is planted with Chardonnay in a sand-covered limestone subsoil.

This wine has been aged in oak barrels for 13 months.
