A special whisky made in Scotland of which only 5,000 cases of this recreation have been produced, using Hankey Bannister Original as a starting point. The recipe was then blended with mature and smoked malts to match the flavor profile of that recipe of yesteryear and create a fascinating vision of what Hankey Bannister was like 90 years ago.
Inver House master distiller Stuart Haarvey set himself the task of recreating this piece of whiskey history when he discovered a rare bottle of Hankey Bannister from 1920.
