Aging of this Champagne is made in traditional way of 6 months in tanks of stainless steel epoxy or resin ermorreguladas and aged Champenoise in bottles in our cellars for at least 3 years, at a constant temperature of 12 ° C, in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.
