It is made with the Pinot Noir grape varieties (40-50%), Pinot Meunier (30-40%) and Chardonnay (10-20%).
It is the first and only specially created champagne to enjoy it with ice, a new experience that gives us the Maison Moët & Chandon.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Dense Color, Golden deep and touch amber.
Nose: Intense, fruity, powerful Bouquet aroma of tropical fruit (mango, guava), lavishness of fruit (Nectarine) bone and original note of raspberry.
Palate: Generous palate between roundness and freshness. Taste wide, fleshy and luscious fresh Macedonia, captivating sweetness of caramel and quince, refreshing acidity of grapes and Ginger notes.
PAIRING
MOET Ice Imperial, served with three ice cubes, can be combined with ingredients aue accentuate freshness and aromatic intensity: leaves of mint, zest, white grape or lima, paring of cucumber, a very thin slice of ginger, cardamom seeds, fruits Red (strawberries, raspberries).
