Gobillard et Fils from a combination of vineyards and production area of 9,000 vines per hectare yields between 60 and 70 Hl per hectare. 70% Chardonnay 30% Pinot Black, vintage mid-September. Vinified with great care and high for a year in oak with several batonnages, this wine is very different from other cavas we offer. The nose is fine and complex. The palate is slightly woody with a predominance of vanilla and smoke. A very complete wine, good roundness, notably merged with vinosity is perfectly balanced by the freshness in the final. A table of champagne, foie gras discovers or dessert.
Recommendation: Given its white glass bottles, this wine should be strictly kept away from light in the box.
The alcoholic content by volume is 12.5 vol
We recommend serving it between 7°C and 8°C.
