Kostritzer Schwarzbier 33cl is a black beer popularly known as the ''black gold of Thuringia'' produced by the Köstritzer Schwarzbierbrauerei brewery for more than 465 years. This brewery founded in 1543 did not cease production even during the communist era, and after surviving wars and economic problems has managed to maintain its production and good reputation to this day. Just for being one of the oldest and most traditional breweries in Germany, it is worth a try.

Presenta un color caoba intenso, de tanta densidad que resulta difícil observar cómo es la burbuja. La espuma es de color café con leche, y es cremosa y densa.
NOSE
La nariz es intensa, con notas tanto tostadas como dulces. Así encuentro olores de regaliz negro, de bollería, tofe, pan muy tostado.
MOUTH
En la boca despliega sus amargos en primer término, dejando después un paso relativamente ligero de cuerpo, con un carbónico escaso pero muy fino, una acidez media.PAIRINGS
