Se percibe un color dorado pálido a ámbar claro, con una buena turbidez característica de las cervezas de trigo. Buena formación de espuma blanca, cremosa y persistente, que deja un bonito encaje en el vaso.
NOSE
En nariz destacan aromas frutales y especiadas, provenientes de la fermentación. Ligeras notas de malta, que aportan un toque de galleta o pan, y un ligero aroma herbal o floral, que complementa la frescura del perfil aromático.
MOUTH
En boca tiene sabor suave y refrescante, con un buen equilibrio entre la dulzura de la malta y la acidez de la levadura. Predominan los sabores afrutados, con un toque de plátano y notas cítricas, seguidas de un leve dulzor a malta.
