The red wine Ceres is made with 100% Tempranillo and belongs to the D.O. Ribera del Duero. His enology is Natalia Calleja. The name of this wine comes from the Greek goddess of agriculture and earth. The vineyards are found in La Horra, within the province of Burgos, where there are around 40 hectares of Viñedo Tempranillo with an age between 10 and 100 years. Traditional agriculture with great care about the vine. Asenjo & Alonso Bodegas producers of this wine are born in 2004.
It has a 12 -month breeding in French and American oak barrels. Serving this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º, before being served it is advisable to decant it.
