The Cava Titiana Montalegre, with designation of origin D.O Cava, is an authentic jewel of the Titiana Winery. The wine is made from the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties.

The name "Montalegre" pays tribute to the historic monastery of Tiana and was one of the first brands under which Parxet cavas were launched on the market. This centuries-old tradition is transmitted from generation to generation and is reflected in each of the bottles of Cava Titiana Montalegre.

One of the most distinctive characteristics of Titiana cavas is their constant search for total purity. These cavas are made without mixing grapes from different areas or varieties. Instead, they come from specific plots, where the grapes are uniquely expressed and balanced. This focus on the individual integrity of the grapes results in cavas of exceptional quality and inimitable character.

The process of making Cava Titiana Montalegre is carried out with care and dedication. The grapes are harvested manually in small boxes, thus ensuring their optimal condition and preserving their aromas and flavors. After pressing the grapes, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15 °C, which allows the fruity and fresh characteristics of the grapes to be preserved.

A detail that enhances the complexity and elegance of this cava is that approximately a third of the base wine used for its production ferments in fine-grain French oak barrels. This technique provides subtle nuances and spicy notes to the final cava, enriching its flavor profile and providing a unique experience to the most demanding palates.
