Cava Regulus
The Cava Regulusfrom the Bodegas Emilio Clemente with D.O. Utiel Requena is made with grapes Macabeo (50%) and Chardonnay (50%).
The best white grapes, carefully designed to extract only the better fraction of the wort, was both the first fermentation as the second bottle at low temperature, to enhance the floral and fruit aromas of this cava. The expedition is performed with the same wine base to preserve the characteristics of the product.
