Codorniu Cava Blanc de Blancs is made from grapes xarel.lo, Parellada and Macabeo. It belongs to the IO Cava.
The vineyards are located in the most Mediterranean of this appellation.
This sparkling wine is produced by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 º and 18 º C. The second fermentation in the bottle runs where the bottle resting in underground cellars at a constant temperature.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 6 and 8, cooled in ice bucket.

Visualmente, este cava es limpio y brillante, de color amarillo cálido con reflejos dorados. Burbuja fina que forma un cordón continuo y una mousse persistente que indica una buena fermentación en botella.
NOSE
En nariz aparecen delicadas notas tostadas, entrelazadas con frutas de hueso: melocotones y nectarinas, sobre un fondo de brioche y frutos secos que resultan de una larga crianza sobre sus lías. Muy complejo con notas elegantes.
MOUTH
