More exactly, grapes is cultivated in Cadalso de los Vidrios, town of long wine tradition of the Madrid slope of the Sierra de Gredos, in vineyards planted on granitic soils. After the harvest, which is done manually, the fermenta must in concrete deposits at a temperature of no more than 28 ° C.

It is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature between 14 and 16ºC.
