Brenne Single Malt French whiskey

This French Single Malt whiskey finished in cognac barrels. Distillate, matured and bottled 100% in Cognac, France.
It stands out for its softness and its fruit fragrance. It gathers fruit expressions followed by soft notes of the malted barley and a sweet balance contributed by the cognac barrels. 

Brenne uses first -use Limousin oak barrels and ends up aging in the barrels used to add cognac. These two barrels give a lot of tree fruit, vanilla and warm spice notes.

Each Brenne bottle comes from a single barrel selected at its maximum point. Do not mix barrels.

For its production, colder fermentations are made in small lots production, added to its double distillation in copper wires, its finish is softer.

Brenne Estate Cass is individually bottled of the same barrel, the aging of each barrel varies, since it depends on how long the cognac was previously in it. On average, ripen ennenene in each barrel approximately 7 years.

It is perfect for making cocktails. Brenne is suggested in cocktails that allow to recognize all its virtues, such as a Manhattan, with only a touch of orange, without vermouth or bitter.
