Industrias Feijoó Winery presents the Bagaceira Aguardiente Blanca 40°, originating in the lands of Ourense (Spain) made from the Pomace of Common Grapes in spirits from Galicia. 

Aguardiente is a liquor that continues to be made in many parts of the world, especially in Spanish-speaking countries. It is a liquor made by the fermentation and distillation of sugary or sweet musts, vegetable macerations or mixtures of both.  The production of Bagaceira Aguardiente Blanca has its origins in the traditions of the people of the autonomous community of Galicia. Bagasse liquor (also known as pomace liquor), one of the types of Spanish liquors, is made to distill the pomace of grapes, causing the final product to have a transparent color. Herbal augardiente is also made, yellow in color, which is made using bagasse augardiente with herbs, one of the common herbs in the production of spirits is chamomile. Bagasse brandy is also mixed with coffee, cream, and milk to make coffee liquor. Orujo is a Spanish word that helps distinguish spirits from Spain from spirits from other countries such as Portugal, Mexico, and Ecuador. Bagaceira Aguardiente Blanca is an example of a pomace spirit indicated by the transparent color of the liquor.
