VINO ROSSO BIANCO ZÍOS DE LUSCO 2011

The Albariño white wine Lusco Zios is made from 100% Albariño grape. It belongs to the IO Rías Baixas, in the County Tea subzone (Pontevedra).

Made from grapes from growers concerted located in As Neves, on granitic soils and deep moderately acid. With constant monitoring of the vineyards, harvest in 15 kilo boxes and manual selection of the sorting table.

With maderación cold and alcoholic fermentation for 15 to 18 days at controlled temperature aging on fine lees for three months.

Is clarified and cold stabilized, producing a limited edition of 35,000 bottles.

Has 91 points in the Penin Guide 2013.

Serve this wine at a very cold temperature, between 9th and 12th.
