Red wine Marqués de Valdueza 2007 Blue Label is made from 47% Syrah, 38% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot. It belongs to the IO Vinos de la Tierra de Extremadura. Technical director Dominique runs out of Boubée Roujou.
The vineyards are located at Finca Perales, in Merida, which has a unique terroir characterized by the soil, subsoil, topsoil, climate Extremadura and performance of man.
This wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and 9% of its aging in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Serve this wine at a temperature of 16 °, one hour before serving is recommended aging decantarlo.Potencial high.
