This wine is made with grapes from the Valderramiro payment, this payment in three vineyards of 85 years old, with a production of 2000 kg / ha, giving maximum importance to Terroir.
The caractrerísticas harvest of red wine Valderramiro Malleolus 2008 is a dry winter and a rainy spring and the vineyard could stand a very hot summer. Autumn helped provide a good maturation.
Red wine Valderramiro Malleolus of 2008 passes 32 days maceration 3000Kg tanks, malolactic fermentation in American oak barrels and aging in new French oak for 18 months.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 16 º and 18 º, before serving is recommended to decant.
