The winery is located in the town of Quintanilla de Onésimo (Valladolid province, Castile and León region, Spain). Their vines are over 20 years and grow to 900 meters above sea level. Its development begins with a manual selection of grapes in 15 kg boxes.
The grapes are placed into stainless steel wine tanks where they undergo a cold maceration and fermentation at 25°C.
The wine is aged in French and American oak barrels during 6 months.
It has an alcoholic content of 14,5% vol.
We recommend serving this wine between 14º and 16°C.
