TASTING RED WINE CEPA 21 2009:
View: Cherry red, Prussian blue hues in thin layer. Deep and persistent nose with notes of red fruit (blackberry, blackberry).
Smell: The presence of noble woods and elegant it seems.
Palate: The robust palate is fleshy with a tannic presence and high quality.
VARIETY: 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) AGING: 14 months in new French oak barrels "Allier" 85% and 15% American oak. VINEYARD: Soils: Belonging to the municipalities of Castrillo de Duero, Pesquera de Duero and Nava de Duero, chosen for their affinity pedological. They have alternating layers of limestone and clay with minor outcrops of sedimentary alluvial song. Its origin is documented in the Tertiary and especially during the Miocene. The vineyards are planting dates before 1990.
PRODUCTION: 60 000 bottles of 0.75 L and 1.50 L. 1200 ANALYTICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Alcohol: 14.50%
Total Acidity: 5.3 g / l, residual sugar 1.5 g / l.

TASTING NOTE
VIEW
Color rojo cereza picota con ribetes granates.
NOSE
Predominan los varietales del tempranillo madurados por el tiempo en barrica pero conservando bien la frescura. El conjunto aromático se ve enriquecido por las notas propias de su paso por barrica y sutiles toques de especias y balsámicos.
MOUTH
El paso de boca es robusto con una presencia tánica carnosa y de gran calidad. Postgusto largo y persistente.
